On the slopes of the majestic Akkedisberg in the Overberg Highlands stands a grove of wind-swept olive trees. Allowed to grow without interference from man-made chemicals, the olive trees produce the most delicately-balanced, full-bodied olives.

These olives form the base ingredient of the gorgeous The Drift Olive Oil. Bringing together Tuscany's fruity Frantoio notes and mild, sweet Leccino flavours, and combining it with the familiar table-side taste of California's Mission olives, our olive oil delivers a delicate balance of classic aromas and subtle tastes.

Allowed to grow untainted by chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, The Drift's olives soak up the temperate climate to produce oil that reflects the rugged slopes and majestic beauty of the natural landscape around us. Our family farm is wind-swept, breathtakingly beautiful and, from our learnings over the past few years, the perfect home for happy olive trees.
